No smoking or vaping

No smoking or vaping in our apartments. In order to provide a healthier environment to all of our guests our apartments are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outside the apartments. Ashtrays are provided and cleaned daily.
Please always exercise caution when extinguishing and leaving cigarette butts behind. A 500 € cleaning fee will apply in the case of violation.

Sustainability

Our Sustainability rule aims to reduce waste and promote an eco-friendly environment. Simple actions like reusing towels make a big difference in conserving resources and making a positive impact.

Pool working hours: 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Dive into the pool fun within our designated working hours from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. By having specific pool hours, we ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents.

Pool rules

Pool towels are provided in your room, and can be replaced at your request at any time.
It is forbidden to make a loud noise at the pool area between 13:00 – 17:00.
Running or horseplay around the pool is prohibited.
Diving is not allowed since the pool is not deep enough.
Children should not be left unattended near the water. 
Glass bottles are prohibited at the pool.
Pool stairs should be used for entering or exiting the pool.
No other activities beside swimming and relaxing are allowed in the pool.

Wifi

Enjoy free, fast Wi-Fi during your stay with us! Find the username and password on the Welcome letter for seamless connectivity.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 08:00 AM

To ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all guests, we kindly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. During this time, we kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for everyone’s comfort.

Check-in & Check-out times

Check-in time is at 3 PM, giving you ample time to settle in and make yourself at home. When it’s time to say goodbye, check-out is at 10 AM. We want to ensure a smooth transition for all guests, so please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.

Parties / events are not allowed

To maintain a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere, we kindly request that parties and events are not hosted on the premises. We strive to provide a relaxing environment for all guests to enjoy during their stay.

Pets are not allowed

We love furry friends, but unfortunately, we have a no-pets policy in place. We want to ensure a comfortable and allergen-free environment for all guests.

Personal belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal items and valuables left in the apartments. While every room is equipped with a safe for your convenience, the owner cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Safety

To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, there may be rare situations when, in the absence of a guest, the owner reserves the right to enter the apartment to prevent any potential damage or ensure everyone’s security. Please rest assured that we respect your privacy and will only do this when it’s absolutely necessary.

Damage / disappearance of apartment items

Guests are required to immediately inform the host in the event of any disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, or equipment within the apartments. It is essential to promptly report any incidents to ensure proper handling and resolution.

Identity document

Please note that upon arrival, guests are required to present their identity card or passport to the host for registration at the Tourist Office.

Towel policy

For fresh towels during your stay, please contact Andrea, our Property Manager. She will coordinate with our cleaning team to ensure you receive new and clean towels whenever needed.
